Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine beside it. Same playbook here: a small roster, one variable per test, losers killed early, reporting so you never have to ask. The category is different. I have not run teeth whitening before, so the claims sheet and your team's review come first.

Why now

  • Over 15,500

    Five star reviews already exist

Snow has the proof creators need on its own pages. Videos can point to it instead of inventing it.

    Published
  • Over 3.7 Million

    Treatments shipped

A line this size works as a closer for any of the five formats, in Snow's own words.

    Published
  • 30-Day

A guarantee to say out loud

The 30-Day Smile Guarantee gives a hesitant viewer a reason to try. It goes on screen in every video.

    Published
  • 15%

Subscribe and save is already live

Subscribe & save 15% every month gives each creator video a concrete offer to end on.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1. Every creator, format and hook is judged against it. The simulator starts at $5.74, so I treat the target as something to earn, not assume.

  2. Seven videos a week, one variable each

Each creator posts 7 videos per week. Change the hook or the shot, never both. Losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.

  3. Claims come from Snow's own pages

Creators quote only the claims sheet. If a line is not on it, they ask in the channel first. Drafts that miss the sheet go back before anything posts.

  4. One workspace, five channels

Briefs, questions, drafts, reports and wins live in one team workspace. Nobody hunts through DMs, and your team can read every claim answer.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MayaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: the Overnight Teeth Whitening Pen. One hook, one variable. Film your night routine and say the hook in the first second. Seven videos this week.

  2. PriyaMon 11:10 AM

Can I say whitening results show up in days? I want to check before I post.

Use only the sheet wording. Try "Whitening that fits your life, not a dentist chair." Nothing about gums or health.

  3. Weekly botAppMon 9:00 AM

Report ready: seven videos per creator logged, the Purple powder hook leads on views, two losers killed. Next test: one new opener, same shot.

  4. MayaWed 2:15 PM

Draft three is back. The line about gum health is out. Reshoot the last five seconds with the sheet wording and resend.

  5. Wins botAppFri 4:40 PM

Priya's Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste video passed 100,000 views. The $50 flat bonus is logged, organic views only.

  6. MayaSat 10:00 AM

Check: did the 30-Day Smile Guarantee appear on screen in all seven videos? Reply yes or send the clip that missed it.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Night routine

    Brief 01

    Night routine

“This is my overnight whitening pen, start to finish.”

Bathroom mirror, one take: show the pen, apply it before bed, end on the next-morning smile. No before and after claims.

  2. Purple powder test

    Brief 02

    Purple powder test

“I mixed purple powder into my regular toothpaste.”

Close-up on the brush: add the Purple Teeth Whitening Powder to the toothpaste you already use, brush, show the container beside it.

  3. Toothpaste swap

    Brief 03

    Toothpaste swap

“I swapped my toothpaste for this hydroxyapatite one.”

Handheld at the sink: show the old tube, set Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste next to it, brush on camera, read the label aloud.

  4. LED mouthpiece day

    Brief 04

    LED mouthpiece day

“Here's the LED mouthpiece I wear while I scroll.”

Selfie angle: put in the SNOW LED Teeth Whitening Mouthpiece, show the light on, keep talking about your day. Keep it unstaged.

  5. Dentist chair line

    Brief 05

    Dentist chair line

“Whitening that fits your life, not a dentist chair.”

Unbox the Diamond Series kit on a desk, set it up in one continuous shot, then say the line to camera at the end.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Whitening that fits your life, not a dentist chair.”, “Over 3.7 Million treatments shipped”, “30-Day Smile Guarantee”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Routine creators

Morning, night and get-ready-with-me creators who already film a bathroom shelf. Snow's pen and toothpaste slot into a routine they already show.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. I would start the program from scratch and ask your team whether one exists elsewhere.

  • Gadget and unboxing creators

Reviewers who set up a device on camera. The LED mouthpiece, the electric toothbrush and the water flosser suit them.

  • Your own subscribers

People who already use Subscribe & save 15% every month and post about their routine, invited by your team through its own channels.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Bathroom-light test

Clean, bright, steady footage of their own sink. No filters that change tooth color.

  2. 2Claims discipline

They read the claims sheet and repeat only its wording on camera.

  3. 3Seven a week

They can post seven videos per week through the whole ramp without burning out.

  4. 4Honest audience

Comments show real people asking real questions, not only emoji.

  5. 5Category fit

No dental-authority persona and no earlier strikes for health claims.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Night-routine creator

Films get-ready-for-bed routines; the pen becomes the last step before lights out.

Likely product: Overnight Teeth Whitening Pen

  • Coffee-and-wine lover

Talks about daily coffee and wine and wants a whitening habit that fits around them.

    Likely product: Teeth Whitening Powder

  • Sensitive-teeth sharer

Openly talks about sensitive teeth and reads labels. Shows the product, promises nothing.

    Likely product: Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste

  • Ingredient reader

Reads the tube on camera: hydroxyapatite and coconut oil, in plain words.

    Likely product: 10% Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste

  • Gadget unboxer

Tech reviewer who sets up a device and shows it in use, start to finish.

Likely product: SNOW® LED Teeth Whitening Mouthpiece

  • Wedding and event planner

Films a photo-day routine for a wedding or event; the pen is the daily step.

    Likely product: Teeth Whitening Pen

Left off, every time

Always out: anyone posing as a dentist or hygienist for Snow, anyone who promises health outcomes, accounts that buy views, and anyone who edits tooth color with filters. Whitening is a health-adjacent category, so every claim stays on the sheet.

  • “Whitening that fits your life, not a dentist chair.”

    Closer for any format

  • “Over 3.7 Million treatments shipped”

Credibility line in a first or last second

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Never say it protects against gum disease

A medical promise the brand's pages do not make.

  • Never say it replaces a dentist visit

A claim that sets the product against professional care.

  • Never say it whitens in a set number of days

A timing promise; only the brand's own wording on results may be used.

  • Never say it works on every mouth

An absolute claim about outcomes for all viewers.

  • Never say a rival brand is worse

A comparison the brand has not supported.

  • Never say sensitivity cannot happen

A safety promise; the brand's own wording is the limit.

  • Never say it makes you healthier

    A health outcome claim.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Results in days— guaranteed!

A results guarantee; confirm what it covers before creators repeat it.

  • Enamel-safe, dentist-formulated & designed for sensitive teeth

A safety claim; confirm the exact wording and its support with your team.

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

First-time creators with a clean bathroom setup and no whitening history: lowest fee, lowest cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Creators who hit seven videos a week and keep every claim on the sheet: the default band.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Creators whose videos travel past their own followers and who test hooks on their own.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is paid per video, flat, for the video that passes 100,000 views.
  • Organic views only: paid boosts and bought views never count.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Simulator

At the starting inputs, 303 videos reach 1.8M views for $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  1. Warm-up

    Sheet first, posts later

Your team signs off the claims sheet, the hook library starts from Snow's own pages, and the first two creators are briefed. Nothing posts until the sheet is approved.

  2. Month 1

    Ramp to ten creators

Two creators join each week until ten are live. Each posts 7 videos per week. Losers are killed early and the first hook library entries are logged.

  3. Month 2

    Full roster, one variable

All ten post seven a week. We change one variable per test and watch cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, format by format.

  4. Month 3

    Winners go to paid

The best organic videos move into the ad account with creator consent. Pay bands move on results and the weakest creators leave the roster.

  5. Day 90

    Read-out

We decide with your team: keep, resize or stop. The reports show how far $5.74 moved toward the $1 target.

  6. Ceiling

    Monthly ceiling

All ten creators at the top cap costs $15,000, bonuses excluded. I propose that ceiling and your team can lower it.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winners

Videos that pass 100,000 views organically go on a short list, logged with their hook and format.

  2. Confirm usage rights

Get the creator's written consent before any video runs as an ad.

  3. Test as an ad

Run each winner against a plain version with the same hook, one variable at a time.

  4. Scale or kill

Winners scale against the target CAC. Losers are killed early and the lesson goes into the hook library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send viewers to the online checkout, where the offer is plain: Subscribe & save 15% every month.
  • Free over $60 is the line for bundles; creators mention it only as Snow writes it.
  • Free US shipping and Delivers in 3-5 days can go on screen exactly as written.
  • End on the 30-Day Smile Guarantee.
  • No retailer or store list was found, so every video points to the online checkout only.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Teeth whitening: what creators may say

Whitening sits next to health, so these six rules apply to every roster video, every caption and every reply to a comment.

  • Claims sheet only

Creators say what is on the sheet and nothing else. If a viewer asks for more, the creator says they will check and asks in the claims channel.

  • No health promises

Whitening is about appearance and routine. No outcome for gums, enamel or overall health beyond the brand's own literal wording, attributed to Snow.

  • No tooth-color editing

No filters, lighting tricks or editing that changes tooth color. Natural light, steady camera, the same shot before and after if a creator shows both.

  • Sensitivity questions

If a viewer reports pain or asks about sensitivity, the creator says to stop and ask a dentist. No advice, no reassurance, no guesses.

  • Disclose every paid post

Every video says it is a paid partnership with Snow, on screen and in the caption, in the platform's own disclosure tool.

  • No comparisons

No comparison with a dentist treatment or another brand. A creator talks about their own routine with Snow products and nothing else.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
